1. No General Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or similar reasons. All sales are final unless the criteria below are met.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must display clear manufacturing damage. Damages that appear to be caused by the customer or if the items have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
- Please send us an email at support@yovng.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Upon receipt, our team will provide further instructions on the return process.
          
3. Return Guidelines:
- All returns must be sent back using a tracked shipping service. This is to ensure that both parties can track the package's status and delivery.
All returns must be packed correctly and in order to avoid any damages in the return transit.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. YOVNG will not refund these costs.
- Ensure that your return package includes your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- YOVNG is not responsible for any items being damaged or lost during the return transit.
          
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This might take up to 14 days since the return has successfully arrived at our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware that once we issue a refund, financial institutions might take several days to process and release the payments back to the customers. The exact duration depends on the policies of your bank or credit card company.
